Post-Ice Dance (Original Dance, OD) UPDATE
Despite my exhaustion after a long day, I held on to this thought to get me through it:
Je voudrais demander aux participants de rester sur la glace s'il vous plaît...parce que...
Virtue/Moir OWNED THE ICE during OD!

You should've seen them; one word: FLAWLESS!
Folk Dance: Spanish Flamenco
Scott Moir's enthusiasm deserves credit. He was high and hyped; he practically had his mouth gaped, jaws clenched and teeth ground the whole time and it looked like he was going to bite everything that he could grab!

"Grrr, bite me...RAWR!!!"
Tessa Virtue looked devine as always, so much for "chronic exertional compartment syndrome"...she's still peachy! Credit goes to the doctors who performed her surgery...now that's behind-the-scenes magic!!!
Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir of Canada score details:
Total Score
42.74 (CD: #2) + 68.41 (OD: #1) = 111.15 (Rank: #1)
Interpretation

Flamenco; even the Spanish couldn't do better...
Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir's
Spanish Flamenco: 2010 Canadian Nationals - OD
*you missed it Live; the closest you can ever get to feeling what I felt*

Meanwhile, I was also impressed by these two...
Folk Dance: Indian Folk Dance (Bollywood remix)
Step back Bollywood, Hollywood's taking over your industry. Meryl Davis definitely had fun, Aishwarya Rai must've been jealous...Charlie White didn't do her dance justice though. The pair from the States had it easy for them, taking over the Soviet Union's Australian Aboriginal dance from the top spot (till the Canadian's Spanish Flamenco came along and stole it from them that is).
Meryl Davis and Charlie White of the United States score details:
Total Score
41.47 (CD: #3) + 67.08 (OD: #2) = 108.55 (Rank: #2)

Other interesting events that happened during the competition include some wobbling through twizzles, some falling bum down on the ice while coming out of spins *you know who you are* but it was definitely a worthwhile evening (or should I put it; a worthwhile 0215-till-sunrise morning).

Oh yeah...
~KAWAII~
